Privacy notice
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the names you give us, your email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — your phone number, event date, event type, guest count, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and to discuss coordinating your event. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you.
Where it goes
Two places: an email to our own inbox, and a row in a private Google Sheet that we use as our record of inquiries. Both are accessible only to the SG Events & Coordination team. What you type into the inquiry form is never sent to our analytics — see below.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is being used — how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It tells us that a hundred people looked at the packages page last month; it does not tell us who they were.
To do that, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your device type, browser, approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the site you arrived from. Google processes this on our behalf, and that processing may happen on servers outside the Philippines. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address, and we have not enabled Google's advertising features on it.
If you reach us from a link we have shared, the address may carry a tag naming the post or campaign it came from. We keep that alongside your inquiry so we know which of our posts are worth making. It describes where the visit came from, not who you are.
Advertising
This site also carries the Meta Pixel, which is how we measure whether our Facebook and Instagram posts actually reach couples planning a wedding. It records that a visit happened, which pages were seen, and whether an inquiry was sent — and, unlike our analytics, it can connect that to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one and are logged in.
That means Meta may use it to show you our ads later, and to find people with similar interests. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into the inquiry form. If you would rather not be included, Facebook's ad preferences control this for your account, and your browser's cookie settings control it regardless of whether you have one.
We do not run a tag manager or any other tracking script. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser's cookie settings will stop it, as will Google's own opt-out browser add-on. Nothing on this site works any differently if you do.
Your preferences
Analytics and advertising cookies are on unless you turn them off here. Turning them off stops any further collection and deletes the cookies already set on this device.
Couples we have worked with
If you have booked with us, we keep your wedding date so we can send an anniversary greeting. That is a separate, explicit permission — it is off unless you have specifically agreed to it, every greeting carries a one-click way to stop them, and opting out is permanent.
