We’re based in Baguio City and coordinate events across Northern Luzon — La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, and beyond. Travel arrangements for events outside Baguio are discussed during your consultation.

Weddings are our heart, but we coordinate debuts, baptisms, birthdays, corporate events, and other social functions too.

With Full Coordination: unlimited official consultative meetings, online or in person, plus ongoing support over phone, email, and social media from the day your contract starts.

Absolutely. We’ll recommend trusted vendors if you need them, review the contracts of the ones you choose, and coordinate with all of them starting two weeks before your day to verify details and remaining balances.

Fourteen days before the wedding, including each vendor’s point of contact, contact details, and approved timetable. Any changes after that should reach us at least seven days before the wedding so we have room to troubleshoot.

Forty percent of the package fee is due as a down payment when you sign the contract. The remaining sixty percent is paid on the wedding day, before the ceremony starts.

Bank transfer (BDO) and GCash. Just let us know when payment is sent so we can confirm it on our end.

Payments already made are non-refundable — they cover the preparation work already done and commitments already made to suppliers on your behalf. We’ll always talk through options with you first.

Our contracts are exclusive: engaging another coordination service that interferes with our work is a breach, and we’d have the right to terminate with full payment due. One team, one plan — it’s how we guarantee a flawless day.

Everything you share with us is confidential under contract. The only exception: event photos and videos we take may appear in our own portfolio and promotional materials — and if you’d rather they didn’t, tell us.

Only you. We won’t transact with parents, friends, or anyone else about your event unless they carry a notarized authorization from you. High-end service means airtight boundaries.

Full Coordination includes six to eight on-the-day coordinators — including a dedicated bride manager and groom manager — scaled to your approved guest count.

Unlimited hours: from the agreed call time until the end of your reception. We don’t watch the clock on your wedding day.

Wedding-related accessory materials and first-aid supplies — think safety pins, fashion tape, sewing kit, pain relievers, stain remover. Plus a bonus on-the-day robe for the bride.

Yes — crew meals for suppliers and coordinators on the day are provided by the client. It keeps the whole team running for unlimited hours.

Damage caused by our own negligence is on us. Damage to the venue caused by guests, or losses caused by third-party suppliers like caterers, falls outside our liability — we’ll help you navigate it either way.

We watch the forecast from the week out, not the morning of. If a signal or an advisory is raised for Benguet, you’ll hear from us before you have to ask — usually to move call times earlier, confirm cover with the venue, and re-brief every supplier on access and timings. In Baguio, weather far more often changes the running order than the date. Postponing is your call, and it depends on what your venue and suppliers allow; we’ll help you work through those conversations either way.
